How to Return or Exchange:

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 2-8 business days after we receive the items. Exchanges are initiated immediately upon processing returns.

Please Note:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of error on our part, we will cover the return costs to ensure your satisfaction.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Shoes: The shoebox is part of the product. Please ship shoes back in an additional box to avoid damage to the original packaging.


Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom-made products, and personal care goods. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us before making your purchase.


Notification: We will inform you once your return has been inspected and whether your refund has been approved.
Reimbursement: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow your financial institution additional days to process and post this transaction.


Proof of Shipment: Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records to ensure the return package is tracked and accounted for.
Quick Replacement: For the fastest service, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want as a replacement.
