All gift cards are delivered by e-mail and contain the necessary instructions for their use.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email once shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Benelux: 1-3 days (free on orders over €130)
- Europe: 3-5 days
- Worldwide: 5-8 days
Note: Import duties may apply for non-EU deliveries.
Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags.
- Shoe boxes must be undamaged
Note: Buyer covers return shipping, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
