AUTHENTICITY

ARE THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON HYMPALA STORE AUTHENTIC?
All products sold on Hympala Store are guaranteed new (unless stated) and authentic. Before arriving at your place, they are checked by our team of experts who ensure their authenticity. All products are delivered in their original box with all accessories.

HOW DO YOU AUTHENTICATE PRODUCTS?
As soon as the product arrives at our distribution center, we carefully authenticate the product by looking at the labels, seams, accessories, packaging, smell, etc... to guarantee the authenticity of the product you receive.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET MY OWN PRODUCTS AUTHENTICATED?
We only authenticate products ready for shipment to our own customers. We do not no authentication on demand. Finally, all products ordered on Hympala Store are authenticated before being shipped to you.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We ship worldwide using DHL Express to ensure a safe and fast delivery. Our order processing times are 10 to 12 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

After your order is placed, an e-mail containing your order number will be sent to you. If the product you have ordered is not in stock at our distribution center, we will begin searching for it among our European network of reseller-partners. Once the product is found, it is sent to our office and will be authenticated by our team. After passing our authentication process successfully, it will sent out to your adress. You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your package.

After receipt of this e-mail, delivery will be made within the next 2 working days. If you are not at home on Delivery Day, DHL Express will offer you to reschedule a delivery, hand over your package to a trusted neighbor or a relay point near you.

If you like to cancel your order please contact customer service as soon as possible. Always have your 4-digit order number with you so we can help you quickly.

HOW DO I SELL MY PRODUCTS TO HYMPALA?
If you want to sell a product to us, please send a private message on our Facebook page here. If a sale is made, please ship your products within 2 workign days. Payments will be sent out 24 to 48 hours after delivery and authentication of your product.


DO YOU BUY WORN PRODUCTS?
No, we only buy new products.
