All products sold by Hympala Store are guaranteed new (unless stated) and authentic. Before arriving at your place, they are checked by our team of experts who ensure their authenticity. All products are delivered in their original box with all accessories.

As soon as the product arrives at our distribution center, we carefully authenticate the product by looking at the labels, seams, accessories, packaging, smell, etc... to guarantee the authenticity of the product you receive.

We only authenticate products ready for shipment to our own customers. We do not no authentication on demand. Finally, all products ordered on Hympala Store are authenticated before being shipped to you.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using DHL Express to ensure a safe and fast delivery. Our order processing times are 10 to 12 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After your order is placed, an e-mail containing your order number will be sent to you. If the product you have ordered is not in stock at our distribution center, we will begin searching for it among our European network of reseller-partners. Once the product is found, it is sent to our office and will be authenticated by our team. After passing our authentication process successfully, it will sent out to your adress. You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your package.

After receipt of this e-mail, delivery will be made within the next 2 working days. If you are not at home on Delivery Day, DHL Express will offer you to reschedule a delivery, hand over your package to a trusted neighbor or a relay point near you. 

If you have not yet received your tracking number from our package carrier, it means that your order has not yet been shipped and is either on its way to our premises or is in the process of being authenticated. As soon as it is handed over to our package carrier, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and a link to track your order.

Our order processing times are 10 to 12 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). It is possible that they may be exceeded depending on the economic situation, the availability of the product or the carrier. If this is the case, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail at For a better handling of your request, please have your 5-digit order number preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail. 

Exchanges and Returns

If you like to cancel your order please contact customer service as soon as possible. Always have your 4-digit order number with you so we can help you quickly.

Our customer service accompanies you by phone or email from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. Contact us here. Sell your products

We currently are not buying sneakers from our clients, we do accept consignment (new sneakers only). This means we wil sell the sneakers for you and take a small fee depending of the sale price.
